This is a client project I was part of during my time at Accenture Song.
My role in this project: Business Analyst with Design knowledge.

Main tasks: analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

About this project

Start date: 01.09.2023
End date: 31.12.2023

Some skills I used in this project:

  • Business Model Strategy

  • Business Process Design

  • Business Process Analysis Tools

  • Requirements Analysis

  • Business Requirements Analysis

  • Business Analytics

  • Visual Communication Design

  • Figma

In the project, various business services are created for bank customers, which are then either a MAKE or BUY solution. This involved a couple of days of meetings with representatives of the banks in order to carry out the technical intake and requirements. We conducted interviews to get important insights. This was followed by another deep dive workshop where the requirements were discussed in detail and prioritized. In the second process, it was necessary to create user stories and clarify their requirements. These had to be self-explanatory and not require any further coordination between the developers of the technical intake. A requirements catalog was then created.

I also supported the extensive creation of the first business service, which was a MAKE solution. We worked with Figma and created wireframes that were closely linked to the client's brand design. We closely collaborated with the developers and made sure they followed the design prototype. For specific use cases, it was necessary to create our own components and library.

Although the project was based on Scrum, there were some challenges here. Firstly, there was no Scrum master and only one product owner. Nevertheless, as a structured team, we managed to meet the deadlines, even if this sometimes required us to carry out some non-technical tasks.
