Since 2023, I have been working on how to integrate ChatGPT into my UX design process. So far, I find it particularly helpful to create personas, as these are a staple in UX design anyway. I have used ChatGPT Pro to define my own GPTs, i.e. detailed descriptions of the desired style and requirements. This helps me to create illustrated personas that help me as a designer (and also stakeholders) to better show the needs, behavior and motivation of the persona.
